NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that the liquidators intend to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors.
Creditors must send their full names and addresses (and those of their Solicitors, if any), together with full particulars of their debts or claims to the liquidators at Suite 4 Aus-Bore House, 19-25 Manchester Road, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 1BQ by 06 May 2025.
The distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the date specified above will be excluded from the distribution.
