Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given to all persons, partners, firms and bodies with whom VIP I A L.P. (the "Partnership") has had any dealings that on 31 March 2025 the Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP011841, was voluntarily dissolved in accordance with the terms of its limited partnership agreement and consequently with effect from such date Vitruvian Partners LLP no longer acts as general partner of the Partnership.
