Entitlement to vote - A creditor or customer is only entitled to vote if details in writing of the debt (for creditors) or relevant funds claim has been given to the Joint Special Administrators not later than 12 noon (GMT) on 16 April 2025, being the business day before the day fixed for the meeting, and such debt or relevant funds claim (as applicable) has been duly admitted under Rules 52 or 56 of the Rules, and any proxy which is intended to be used is lodged with the Joint Special Administrators prior to this advertised meeting.
