Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15 June 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13 February 2025, I, Carolyn Scott, 11 Park Avenue, New Silksworth, Sunderland SR3 2EF, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Carolyn Campbell and assumed the name of Carolyn Scott.
