At a General Meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at Kdm Group East End Park, Halbeath Road, Dunfermline, KY12 7RB, on 26 March 2025, at 6.45 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily by way of a Members' Voluntary Liquidation pursuant to Section 84 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that Richard Gardiner, of Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline KY11 8PB, (IP No. 9488), be appointed as the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up and that the remuneration of the Liquidator be fixed on the basis of time spent and disbursements and that the Liquidator be authorised to exercise all powers conferred upon him by the Insolvency Act 1986 and the Companies Act 2006."
