WHEREAS PERFORMANCE PROJECT ONLINE LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC755614 was dissolved on 5th November 2024; AND WHEREAS in terms of the Companies Acts all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said PERFORMANCE PROJECT ONLINE LTD was the Tenant under a Lease between Ribston UK Industrial Property (Nominee 2) Limited and Ribston UK Industrial Property (Nominee 2) Limited and Gold Medal Personal Training Ltd dated 7th March 2023 and 20th April 2023 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 1st May 2023 as varied by Assignation and Variation between Gold Medal Personal Training Ltd and PERFORMANCE PROJECT ONLINE LTD and Ribston UK Industrial Property (Nominee 2) Limited and Ribston UK Industrial Property (Nominee 2) Limited dated 7th March 2023 and 20 April 2023 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 1st May 2023 of ALL and WHOLE Block 3, Unit 4, Oakbank Trading Estate, Garscube Road, Glasgow G20 7LU; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said PERFORMANCE PROJECT ONLINE LTD came to my notice on 4th December 2024 Now THEREFORE I, JOHN THOMAS LOGUE, the King's and Lord Treasurer's Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown's whole right and title in and to the Tenant's interest under the said Lease.
