Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 14th March 2025 it made the above Orders to:

1. Install 'at any time' waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.

2. Establish permit holder parking places in parts of Crossway, East Walk, Hunters Grove and Minet Drive (between the junctions with Hunters Grove and Coldharbour Lane), Hayes with operational times of ‘8am to 10pm everyday’ in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid Zone HY9 permit.

3. Introduce waiting restrictions operational ‘8am to 10pm everyday' within sections of Crossway, Hunters Grove and Minet Drive (between the junctions with Hunters Grove and Coldharbour Lane), Hayes.

4th Permit - £190

5th Permit and any subsequent permits - £225

CURRENT VIRTUAL VISITOR VOUCHERS COSTS

First 10 visitors per household per annum are free then £1.35 per visitor thereafter

All above charges could be subject to change

Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 31st March 2025 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

CROSSWAY, HAYES - Along the western side of the road between the junction with Hunters Grove and West Walk.

EAST WALK, HAYES – Throughout all of East Walk except where a Zone HY9 parking place is installed outside No. 20 East Walk.

WEST WALK, HAYES – Throughout all of West Walk.

MINET DRIVE, HAYES

i) Along the entire northeast side of the road between the junctions with Halsway and Minet Gardens.

ii) At the junction with Hunters Grove.

MINET GARDENS, HAYES – At the junction with Minet Drive.

HUNTERS GROVE, HAYES

i) Southwest side of the road outside Nos. 82 to 110 Hunters Grove.

ii) Southwest side of the road outside Nos. 46 to 72 Hunters Grove.

iii) Northeast side of the road outside Nos. 53 to 61 Hunters Grove.

iv) Northeast side of the road outside Nos. 25 to 35 Hunters Grove.

v) Northwest side of the road outside Nos. 21 to 25 Hunters Grove.

vi) Northwest side of the road at the junction with Minet Drive.

vii) Southeast side of the road between the junction with Minet Drive to outside No. 24 Hunters Grove.

SHOWERS WAY, HAYES – Extend the existing double yellow lines adjacent to No. 43 Minet Drive, northeastwards by 2 metres.
