Notice is hereby given that an Application was presented to Falkirk Sheriff Court (Ref: FAL-B160-24) by GBFC LTD, having its registered office at 59B Manor Place Edinburgh EH3 7EG, craving the Court, inter alia, to grant an Order extending the period allowed for registration by the Registrar of Companies of the charge constituted by the standard security granted by GBFC LTD to THE MORTGAGE WORKS (UK) PLC, having its registered office at Nationwide House, Pipers Way, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN38 1NW (Company Number 02222856) dated 1 June 2023 and registered in the Land Register of Scotland under title number STG55851 on 7 June 2023 under and in terms of section 859F of the Companies Act 2006 and; in which Petition the Sheriff at Falkirk by interlocutor dated 19 July 2024 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Falkirk Sheriff Court by way of email to falkirk@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after advertisement of the application; all of which notice is hereby given.
