Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 7 December 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15 January 2025, I, Summer Bushra Shah, 5 Hempshaw Avenue, Bandstead, Surrey SM7 3PQ, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Summer Bushra Khah and assumed the name of Summer Bushra Shah.
