PROPOSED PEDESTRIAN CROSSING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to introduce a pedestrian crossing under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

The Pedestrian Crossing would be located in Copers Cope Road, Beckenham just north of its junction with Park Road.

A Copy of the plan of the scheme can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at Bromley Council, Churchill Court, Westmoreland Road, Bromley BR1 1AS, or by emailing TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk. .

ANY person wishing to object to the proposal should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environment and Public Protection, Churchill Court, Westmoreland Road, Bromley BR1 1AS, or by email to TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk. quoting reference ADE(TP)/RP/T100/T780 not later than 28th March 2025.

Persons objecting to the proposal should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be open to public inspection.
