By written resolution of the members of the above-named company on 26 February 2025, the following resolutions were duly passed, as a (1) Special Resolution and as an (2 & 3) Ordinary Resolutions:
(1) That it has been proven that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company should be wound up voluntarily.
(2) That Howard Smith and James Ronald Alexander Lumb, of Interpath Ltd, 4th Floor, Tailors Corner, Thirsk Row, Leeds, LS1 4DP be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of its voluntary winding up.
(3) That anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them.
