Dane O’Hara and Neil Bennett (IP Nos. 28550 and 9083) of Leonard Curtis, 5th Floor, Grove House, 248a Marylebone Road, London NW1 6BB, were appointed as Joint Administrators (“Joint Administrators”) of Sterling Trust Corporation Limited (“STC”) effective from 11 September 2023.

Pursuant to the Order of Judge Burton dated 19 December 2024, a distribution plan ("Distribution Plan") was approved by the Court for the distribution of estate funds held by the Joint Administrators ("Estate Funds"). In accordance with the terms of the Order, the Joint Administrators hereby give notice of a bar date of 23:59 hours on 10 March 2025 (the “Bar Date”) being the date by which any claims (“Client Money Claims”) to the Estate Funds must be notified to the Joint Administrators.

After the Bar Date, provided that the Joint Administrators have complied with the provisions of this Distribution Plan, the Joint Administrators may make a distribution of the Estate Fund to Clients with Client Money Claims (subject to approval of the same by the Joint Administrators) without regard to the entitlement of any client who has not submitted a Client Money Claim.

A client that does not, prior to the Bar Date, receive a Client Money Statement (or otherwise make a Client Money Claim) shall not be entitled, as against STC or the Joint Administrators, to disturb any prior distribution of the Estate Funds (save in respect of a client that has been identified by the Joint Administrators as having a Client Money Claim but through administrative error (or otherwise) has not received a Client Money Statement).

For the purpose of the Bar Date, Client Money Claims are claims in respect of Estate Funds safeguarded for the beneficiaries of the respective estates. The Bar Date does not apply to claims in respect of any other claims against Sterling Trust Corporation Limited.

A person submitting a Client Money Claim must do so in writing to the Joint Administrators by the Bar Date as follows: a. By electronic claims submission to jeremy.edward@leonardcurtis.co.uk; b.
