At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held virtually by Microsoft Teams on 17 February 2025 at 3pm the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Asher Miller (IP No. 9251) and Stephen Katz (IP No. 8681) both of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London, N12 8LY be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that any power conferred on the by law or by this determination, may be exercised and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by them, may be done by them jointly or by each of them alone."
