Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 19th February 2025 has made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
The general effect of the Orders: (i) To introduce new Cycle parking (storage) facilities, measuring a width of 2 metres and a length of 2.5 metres at the locations listed below:

(ii) To make the following map-based changes to ensure the Council’s internal map based records match the restrictions on the ground (no changes will be made to the restrictions on site):
(a) on Beaufoy Road N17, opposite No. 72 Beaufoy Road, reduce the Double Yellow Kerb Mark and Double Yellow Line by 1.5 metres on the south-western end;
(b) on Coolhurst Road N8:
(i) adjacent to No. 15 Coolhurst Road, extend Resident Permit Holders Only parking by 3.6 metres on the south-eastern end, reduce the Single Yellow Line by 3.6 metres on the north-western end and extend the Single Yellow Line by 1.5 metres on the south-eastern end; and
(ii) adjacent to the common boundary of Brook Lodge and No. 15 Coolhurst Road, reduce Resident Permit Holders Only Parking by 1.5 metres on the north-western end;
(c) on Crouch Hall Road N8:
(i) adjacent to Charlotte Court, extend the Double Yellow Line by 2 metres on the north-eastern end, and reduce Resident Permit Holders Only parking by 2 metres on the south-western end; and
(ii) adjacent to No. 28 Coolhurst Road, extend the Double Yellow Line by 2 metres on the north-eastern end and adjacent to No. 28 Coolhurst Road, reduce Resident Permit Holders Only parking by 2 metres on the south-western end;
(d) on Crouch Hill N8, adjacent to No. 38 Haslemere Road, reduce the Double Yellow Kerb Mark and Double Yellow Line by 0.5 metres on the south-eastern end;
(e) on Drayton Road N17:
(i) adjacent to No. 7 Drayton Road, extend Disabled Badge Holders Only parking by 1.7 metres on the northern end and reduce Disabled Bage Holders Only parking by 1.5 metres on the southern end; and
(ii) adjacent to No. 5 Drayton Road reduce Permit Holders Only parking by 1.2 metres on the northern end;
(f) on Graham Road N15:
(i) from opposite a point 0.8 metres west of the common boundary of No. 13 and No. 15 Graham Road for 3 metres westwards add Cycle Hangar Only parking;
(ii) adjacent to No. 13 Graham Road, reduce Resident Permit Holders Only parking by 3 metres on the eastern end and extend Resident permit Holders Only parking by 0.9 metres on the western end; and
(iii) adjacent to No. 11 Graham Road, reduce the Single Yellow Line by 0.9 metres on the eastern end;
(g) on Hewitt Road N17:
(i) from adjacent to a point 0.5 metres west of the common boundary of No. 77 and No. 79 Hewitt Road for 73.5 metres eastwards, add Resident Permit Holders Only parking;
(ii) from the common boundary of No. 107 and No. 109 Hewitt Road for 31.8 metres eastwards, add Resident Permit Holders Only parking; and
(iii) from the common boundary of No. 119 and No. 121 Hewitt Road for 16.1 metres eastwards, add Disabled Badge Holders Only parking;
(h) on Highgate Hill N6, adjacent to No. 102 Highgate Hill, reduce the Double Yellow Line by 1.5 metres on the south-eastern end;
(i) on Langham Road N15, adjacent to No. 57 Langham Road, extend the Double Yellow Line by 1.3 metres on the south-eastern end across the tree pit;
(j) on Meads Road N22:
(i) adjacent to No. 50 Cobham Road, extend the Double Yellow Line by 1.8 metres on the north-western end;
(ii) adjacent to No. 1 Meads Road, extend the Single Yellow Line by 1.8 metres on the north-western end;
(i) adjacent to No. 3 Meads Road, reduce the Resident Permit Holders Only parking by 1.8 metres on the south-eastern end;
(iv) adjacent to No. 63 Meads Road, extend the Single Yellow Line by 1.3 metres on the south-eastern end; and
(k) on Seymour Avenue N17, adjacent to No. 28 Havelock Road, extend the Double Yellow Line by 1.7 metres on the western end;
(l) on Stanmore Road N15:
(i) adjacent to No. 59 Langham Road, extend the Double Yellow Line by 3.4 metres on the south-western end; and
(ii) adjacent to No. 57 Langham Road, extend the Double Yellow Line by 3.2 metres on the south-western end;
(m) on Upper Tollington Park N4:
(i) adjacent to No. 82 Upper Tollington Park, extend Resident Permit Holders Only parking by 4.3 metres on the north-eastern end and reduce the Single Yellow Line by 4.3 metres on the south-western end;
(ii) adjacent to No. 86 Upper Tollington Park extend the Single Yellow Line by 0.4 metres on the south-western end and reduce the Resident Permit Holders Only parking by 0.4 metres on the north-eastern end; and
(iii) adjacent to No. 88 Upper Tollington Park, reduce the Single Yellow Line by 1.3 metres on the north-eastern end and extend the Resident Permit Holders Only parking by 1.3 meters on the south-western end; and
(n) on Woodside Gardens N17 adjacent to No. 24 Sperling Road, extend the Double Yellow Line by 1.6 metres on the northern end, reduce Cycle Hangar by 1.6 metres on the southern end and extend Cycle Hangar by 2.1 metres on the northern end.
Date of operation: The Orders will come into operation on 11th March 2025.

Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
