Notice is hereby given that River Ridge Recycling (Portadown) Limited has applied to the Chief Inspector for a Pollution Prevention and Control (PPC) Permit to operate an installation involving the non-hazardous landfill. The variation applies for the extension of the existing non-hazardous landfill activities.

The installation is located at 56 Craigmore Road, Garvagh, BT51 5HF in the District of Causeway Coast & Glens in the County of Londonderry.

The application contains all particulars as required by the Regulations, including a description of foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment.

Any objections or representations to the above application should be made in writing to the Chief Inspector at the address below, within 42 days from the date of this public notice.
