NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT AND INVITATION FOR CREDITORS TO PROVE

Notice is given that at a hearing in the High Court of Justice of the Isle of Man Court (“Court”) on 13 February 2025, the appointment of Gordon James Wilson as Liquidator and deemed Official Receiver of the Company was confirmed. A copy of the Court’s order can be obtained by request of the Liquidator by contacting IOM@frpadvisory.com.

Notice is hereby given that the final date for creditors to prove claims is 14 March 2025.
