We, Bai Cham (IP No. 18052) and Gavin Savage (IP No. 9950) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD and Ian Yerrill , (IP No. 8924) of YM Business Recovery Ltd t/a Yerrill Murphy, Office 3, Romney Marsh Business Hub, Mountfield Road, New Romney, TN28 8LH were appointed as Joint Liquidators on 8 February 2024.

The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to preferential and secondary preferential creditors of the Company. It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 17 March 2025. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.

The creditors of the above named company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 17 March 2025 (“the last date for proving”) to deliver their proofs of debt to the Joint Liquidators, whose contact details are below.
