That an application will be made on behalf of Chief Constable, Bedfordshire Police to Suffolk Magistrates Court for an Order for the Forfeiture of £7,450.00 cash seized from 69 Barrack Street Colchester CO1 2LR on 25th May 2024.

Present at the address at the time of such seizure of cash were the following persons: Amadeus KOLNDREU.

The Proceeds of Crime Unit, Eastern Region Special Operations Unit believe that the funds (plus interest accrued) or part thereof is:

a) Recoverable property; and or

b) Is intended by any person for use in unlawful conduct

as per section 297A(2) of POCA.

Any person may object to the proposed forfeiture of seized cash within 30 days, starting with the day after the forfeiture hearing and accordingly, the period for objecting to this notice expires on 10th May 2025.

Any objection must be made in writing to the Proceeds of Crime Unit, Eastern Region Special Operations Unit, PO Box 725, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP33 9HZ.

If no objection is received at the above address within the prescribed period stated herein, the cash will be forfeited, if so ordered by Ipswich Magistrates Court on Thursday 10th April 2025
