THE BEXLEY (CRAYFORD STATION) (PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO. XX) TRAFFIC ORDER 2025
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above-mentioned Traffic Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.
2. The general effect of the Bexley (Crayford Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. XX) Traffic Order 2025 would be to amend the Bexley (Crayford Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018 to:
a) remove the end section of the Resident Permit parking place in front of No. 84 Ridge Way, Crayford.
• The removed section of residents parking bay which currently operates between 9.00am and 11.00am, Monday to Friday will be amended from 19.9 metres to 15.7 metres. The removed section of the bay will be replaced with a single yellow line operating between 9.00am and 11.00am, Monday to Friday
3. Copies of the proposed Order, the corresponding Parent Order (and any Orders that have amended that Order), the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, and maps which indicates the length of road to which the Order relates, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT.

5. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the London Borough of Bexley, Traffic Services, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT or by email to traffic@bexley.gov.uk within twenty-eight days of this Notice.
6. Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that this Council would be legally obliged to make any comment received in response to this Notice, open to public inspection.
