Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Joint Trustees of the above-named Bankrupt’s estate (the ‘conveners’) are seeking a decision from creditors to form a committee, and if one is not formed, to increase the Joint Trustees’ remuneration by way of correspondence.
