NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT that Aaron Gardner of FTI Consulting (BVI) Limited, 1st Floor, Sea Meadow House, Tobacco Wharf, Road Town, Tortola, VG1110, British Virgin Islands, was appointed as liquidator (the "Liquidator") of Gemcloud Group Limited (the "Company") on 17 January 2025 by qualifying resolution passed by the Company`s shareholders pursuant to Section 159(2) of the BVI Insolvency Act, 2003 (the "Act").

The Liquidator is inviting all creditors of the Company to come forward. Each creditor must submit a Claim Form and all supporting documentation to the Liquidator as soon as possible. Claim Forms can be obtained by contacting the Liquidator`s office at the details given below.
