Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 3 February 2025, as a special resolution (1) and ordinary resolutions (2) and (3) respectively:
(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
(2) That Richard Warwick and Rachel Hotham of Milsted Langdon LLP, Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2UH be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up; and
(3) That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.
