NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 21
The proposed development at the Land 350M South Of Fearn Aerodrome is subject to an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) under the above regulations.
Notice is hereby given that an EIA report has been submitted to Scottish Ministers by Acorn Bioenergy relating to the Erection And Operation Of An Anaerobic Digestion Plant And Ancillary Infrastructure in respect of the Land 350M South Of Fearn Aerodrome as notified under the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013.
The application is the subject of an appeal to Scottish Ministers, case reference PPA-270-2293.
A Reporter Mr David Buylla BA(Hons) MRTPI has been appointed to determine the appeal. Possible decisions relating to the proposed development are:-
• approval of the application without conditions;
• approval of the application with conditions;
• refusal of the application
A copy of the EIA report, the associated application and other documents submitted with the application may be inspected free of charge at all reasonable hours at the place where the register of planning applications is kept by the planning authority for the area at: Highland Council HQ, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness, IV3 5PB
