The proposed development at Duneaton Quarry B7078 From Millbank To Abington Int Crawfordjohn, Biggar ML12 6SQ is subject to an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) under the above regulations.

Notice is hereby given that additional information in relation to an EIA report has been submitted to Scottish Ministers by Hodge Plant Ltd relating to the planning application in respect of Extraction And Processing Of Hard Rock Aggregates By Quarrying Methods (Section 42 Application To Vary Condition 41 And 43 Of Planning Permission P/20/0514) at Duneaton Quarry B7078 From Millbank To Abington Int Crawfordjohn, Biggar ML12 6SQ as notified under the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 on 28 September 2022.

The application is the subject of an appeal to Scottish Ministers case reference PPA-380-2119.

A Reporter Mr Keith Bray has been appointed to determine the appeal. Possible decisions relating to the proposed development are:-

· approval of the application without conditions;

· approval of the application with conditions;

· refusal of the application
