NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the final meeting of members of the above named company will be held at the offices of ASM(N) Ltd, 30 Monaghan Street, Newry, BT35 6AA on 7 March 2025 at 10:00 for the purpose of receiving an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and to receive any explanation that may be considered necessary.

Any member entitled to vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy, who need not be a member, to attend and vote instead. Proxies must be lodged at the address given above no later than 12 noon on 6 March 2025.
