REST ASSURED FUNERAL PLAN SCHEME

This notice is given by the Liquidator of the Trust (acting on the appointment of the Trustee) in accordance with the Trustee Act 1925 that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to any benefit from, or interest in the Trust is required to send particulars in writing within 2 months from the date of this notice of his or her claim of entitlement (together with full name, present address, and date of birth) to the Trustee in writing to Jeremy Bennett, Lead Corporate Reconstruction Limited t/a O’Haras, Hope Park Business Centre, Trevor Foster Way, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD5 8HB.

Following expiry of this period, the Liquidator will distribute all of the remaining Trust assets and proceed to wind up the Trust. The Liquidator will only have regard to persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice before the period ending 2 months from the date of this notice, and will not be liable to any other person. Any person who has already submitted written details of their claim to the Liquidator is not required to respond to this notice.
