The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (South East) (No.5) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up of an eastern part width of Vicarage Road and a northern part width of Thorpe Lea Road at Egham, in the Borough of Runnymede. This is to enable development as permitted by Runnymede Borough Council, under reference RU.23/1162.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/5912). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at New Haw Post Office, 210 New Haw Road, Addlestone, KT15 2DS.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 5 February 2025.
