The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (South East) (No.6) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped area of Castle Road and two unnamed footpaths at Netley in the Borough of Eastleigh. This is to enable development as permitted by Eastleigh Borough Council, under reference F/23/96224.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/5734). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Netley Abbey Post Office, Station Road, Netley, Southampton, SO31 5AF.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 4 February 2025.
