Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 17 January 2025, Fusion Equity Unblocked Sub-Aggregator L.P. became a limited partner in HgCapital 8 D L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP017394 (the "Partnership"), by virtue of a transfer from (i) Stonehage Fleming Global Private Capital Fund 2016 PC of 50% of its interest in the Partnership and (ii) IMWS (Nominees) Limited of 50% of its interest in the Partnership, each to Fusion Equity Unblocked Sub-Aggregator L.P..
