“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kevin Mapstone and Kenneth Robert Craig, both of Begbies Traynor, 1 Lochrin Square, 92-98 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA, (IP Nos. 25750 and 008584) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
