Notice is hereby given that on the date 29 November 2024 Westminster City Council made The City of Westminster (Stopping Up of Highways) (No.10) Order 2024 under sub-section 247 (2A) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the general effect of which is to authorise the stopping up of a 43.75 square metres area of the highway Broadley Street to enable development to be carried out at the premises Lambourne House, Church Street estate, Broadley Street London NW8.
The part of the highway Broadley Street, which the order authorises to be stopped up is situated on its north-western footway, and extends as follows:
(a) the part between 11.17 and 21.43 metres south-west of Penfold Street; (i) which part widens as a curve from zero at 21.43 metres from Penfold Street to 5.23 metres 2.59 metres north-eastward, (ii) then is 5.23 metres wide for the next 0.93 metres north-eastward, (iii) then is 4.23 metres wide for the next 6.74 metres north-eastward;
(b) the part between 4.65 and 11.18 metres south-west of Penfold Street which part varies in width by 1.17 metres at its end furthest from Penfold Street to 1.25 metres at its end nearest Penfold Street;
(c) in paragraphs (a) and (b) above, the words “wide”, “widen” and “width” mean the dimension that extends perpendicular to the middle line of the carriageway of Broadley Street.

The order and plan identifying the location of the highway authorised to be stopped up may be inspected free of charge between 11am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays at Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP, during a period of six weeks from the date of this notice. Any person aggrieved by the order who desires to question the order’s validity may make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within six weeks from the date this notice is first published.
This notice is given by Westminster City Council on the date 22 January 2025, pursuant to section 252 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.,
