LODGE BROS (FUNERALS) LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925
To Members and other claiming a right to benefits under the Lodge Bros (Funerals) Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (the Scheme).
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the Scheme has commenced the process of winding- up the Scheme (commenced wind up on 1 December 2024). The Trustees believes that they have the names of everyone with a right to benefits, but if you are a former employee of Lodge Bros (Funerals) Limited or their spouse or dependant and think that you have an entitlement in the Scheme and have not heard from the Trustees recently, please write with details of your claim, including your full name, address and National Insurance Number to: The Trustee of the Lodge Bros (Funerals) Limited Retirement Benefit

All claims must be made by 15 March 2025 so they may be considered by the Trustee before the Scheme is wound up.
Commencing two months from the date of this Notice, the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme to provide benefits for its members, beneficiaries and pensioners, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not, as regards to assets distributed, be liable to any person whose claim or demands they have not by then had notice.
