At a general meeting of the Members of the Company held on 3 January 2025, the following were duly passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution:
That the Company be wound up voluntarily.
That Sandra Lillian Mundy and Paul Michael Davies (the Joint Liquidators) both of James Cowper Kreston be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of winding-up the Company and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidators may be done by one or more persons for the time being holding the office of the liquidators.
