ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton propose to make the following Order The Sutton (Moving Traffic Restrictions) (Amendment No. *) Order 202* * under sections 84 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended –

2. The general effect of the Order would be to impose a 20mph speed limit in,

Bridgefield Road, Cecil Road, Derby Road, Grove Road between its junction with Sutton Park Road and Salisbury Avenue, Landseer Road, Roseberry Road, Salisbury Avenue, St James’ Road between its junction with Cheam Road and Grove Road, Summerville Gardens, Toremead Close and York Road between its junction with Cheam Road and Salisbury Avenue.

3. Copies of the proposed Order, of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and a plan showing the locations and the effects of the proposal may be inspected at the Council’s Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA. Copies can also be obtained by calling 020 8770 5000.

4.
