NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 84 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

As part of a variety of measures proposed in order to address vehicular conflicts, concerns about speeding and obstructions, and improve general road safety area, the general effect of the Orders would be to:

1. Introduce a one-way traffic arrangement on Sevington Road NW4, between its junctions with Graham Road and Vivian Avenue, where motorists would be only permitted to travel in a northerly direction.

2. Introduce a one-way traffic arrangement on Foscote Road NW4, between its junctions with Graham Road and Vivian Avenue, where motorists would only be permitted to travel in a northerly direction.

3. Introduce a one-way traffic arrangement on Crespingy Road NW4, between its junctions with Vivian Avenue and Graham Road, where motorists would only be permitted to travel in a southerly direction.

4. Introduce a one-way traffic arrangement on Allington Road NW4, between its junctions with Vivian Avenue and Graham Road, where motorists would only be permitted to travel in a southerly direction.

5. Introduce a one-way traffic arrangement on Elliot Road NW4, between its junctions with Allington Road and Hendon Way, where motorists would only be permitted to travel in a north-easterly direction.

6. Introduce a one-way traffic arrangement on Park Road NW4, between its junctions with Sturgess Road and Allington Road/Fairfield Avenue, where motorists would only be permitted to travel in a north-easterly direction.

7. prohibit motorists from entering Sevington Road NW4, from Vivian Avenue

8. prohibit motorists from entering Foscote Road NW4, from Vivian Avenue

9. prohibit motorists from entering Crespingy Road NW4, from Graham Road

10. prohibit motorists from entering Allington Road NW4, from Graham Road

11. prohibit motorists from entering the north-westernmost section Elliot Road NW4, at its junction with Allington Road, from Allington Road and the section of Elliot Road between Allington Road and Sevington Road

12. prohibit motorists from entering the south-western section of Park Road NW4, between its junctions with Allington Road/Fairfield Avenue and West Hendon Broadway, from its junction with Allington Road/Fairfield Avenue

13. Introduce lengths of ‘At any time’ waiting restrictions at the locations as follows:

a) At the junctions of Sevington Road and Graham Road NW4 (by converting lengths of existing single yellow line waiting restrictions)

b) At the junctions of Foscote Road and Graham Road NW4 (by converting lengths of existing single yellow line waiting restrictions)

c) At the junctions of Crespingy Road and Graham Road NW4 (by converting lengths of existing single yellow line waiting restrictions)

d) At the junctions of Allington Road and Graham Road NW4 (by converting lengths of existing single yellow line waiting restrictions)

e) At the junctions of Elliot Road and Allington Road NW4 (by converting lengths of existing single yellow line waiting restrictions)

f) At the westernmost junction of Park Road and Allington Road NW4 (by converting lengths of existing single yellow line waiting restrictions)

g) At the westernmost junction of Park Road and Fairfield Avenue NW4 (by converting lengths of existing single yellow line waiting restrictions)

h) At the junction of Park Road and SturgessRoad NW4, east side (by converting lengths of existing single yellow line waiting restrictions)

FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given that the London Borough of Barnet in exercise of powers conferred by Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 proposes to introduce speed cushions as follows:
