Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, in relation to CCP X Feeder LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL020480 (the “Partnership”), that:

1. RAG-S Private Equity GmbH & Co. KG transferred 81% of its interest in the Partnership, including 81% of its capital contribution to Altamar Private Equity SGIIC, S.A.U., acting as management company for and on behalf of ACP Secondaries 5, FCR;

2. RAG-S Private Equity GmbH & Co. KG transferred 9% of its interest in the Partnership, including 9% of its capital contribution to Altamar Private Equity SGIIC, S.A.U., acting as management company for and on behalf of ACP Annual Secondaries 2024, FCR;

3. RAG-S Private Equity GmbH & Co. KG transferred 3% of its interest in the Partnership, including 3% of its capital contribution to ACP GLOBAL PRIVATE MARKETS GP S.à r.l, acting as general partner for and on behalf of ACP Global Private Markets SCA SICAV-RAIF – “ACP PE 7 Lower Mid-Market”; and

4. RAG-S Private Equity GmbH & Co. KG transferred 7% of its interest in the Partnership, including 7% of its capital contribution to CAM Alternatives GP S.à r.l., acting as general partner for and on behalf of CAM Private Equity Strategies SCS SICAV-RAIF – "CAM VI Global Fund of Funds".

As a result of such transfers, the following limited partners were admitted to the Partnership:

1. Altamar Private Equity SGIIC, S.A.U., acting as management company for and on behalf of ACP Secondaries 5, FCR

2. Altamar Private Equity SGIIC, S.A.U., acting as management company for and on behalf of ACP Annual Secondaries 2024, FCR

3. ACP GLOBAL PRIVATE MARKETS GP S.à r.l, acting as general partner for and on behalf of ACP Global Private Markets SCA SICAV-RAIF – “ACP PE 7 Lower Mid-Market”

4. CAM Alternatives GP S.à r.l., acting as general partner for and on behalf of CAM Private Equity Strategies SCS SICAV-RAIF – "CAM VI Global Fund of Funds".

As a result of such transfers, the following ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership:
