At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened and held on 09 December 2024, the following resolutions were duly passed; No. 1 as a Special Resolution and No. 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily”.
“That David Kemp and Richard Hunt, both of SFP, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ and Nicholas Simmonds of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 1st Floor, 21 Station Rd, Watford WD17 1AP, are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the winding-up”.
A decision confirming the appointment of the Liquidator was made by deemed consent on the same day.
