The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (East) (No.22) Order 2024 authorising the stopping up a length of Lower Meadow at Harlow in the District of Harlow. This is to enable development as permitted by Harlow Council, under reference HW/FUL/24/00038.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/E/S247/5889). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Harlow District Council, Civic Centre, The Water Gardens, College Square, Harlow, CM20 1WG

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 2 January 2025.
