Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1995, that the Scheme commenced winding-up in accordance with its governing provisions on 19 September 2024.

The Trustees of the Scheme believe that they have taken all reasonable steps to contact the members and beneficiaries of the Scheme for whom they have records. An announcement has been sent to those members and beneficiaries and their benefits under the Scheme have been identified.

If you have not already received the announcement from the Trustees and believe you may be entitled to benefits from the Scheme, or have any other claim against or interest in the Scheme, please provide written details (specifying your full name, address and any particulars of your membership of the Scheme, or other claim/interest as applicable, and a copy of any documentation that supports your claim) to:

Claims must be made within two months of the date of publication of this Notice.

After this date for the purposes of section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, the Trustees will proceed to complete the winding-up of the Scheme having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have then received notice and known Scheme members and beneficiaries.
