“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that George Lafferty (IP No. 9584) and Gordon McIntyre (IP No. 30830) both of McLaren Insolvency Practitioners Ltd, 250 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 4QY be appointed joint liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
