S&P GLOBAL LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10(1) of the Limited Partnership Act 1907 that effective on 1 January 2025, S&P Global European Holdings LLC, a limited liability company formed and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A with the registered Tax ID number 38-4204158, having its registered office at 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, Delaware, 19808 ("SPGEH LLC") shall transfer its entire interest in S&P Global Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered under the laws of England and Wales with the registered number LP023953, having its registered office at 4th Floor, Ropemaker Place, 25 Ropemaker Street, London, United Kingdom, EC2Y 9LY ("S&P Global LP"), to S&P Global Finance Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A, having its registered office at 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, Delaware, 1980 ("S&P Global Finance") (the "Transfer").

Consequently, on that date, as a result of the Transfer, SPGEH LLC shall cease to be a limited partner of S&P Global LP and S&P Global Finance will become a new limited partner of S&P Global LP.
