The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled " The Diversion of Highway (East) (No.21) Order 2024" authorising the stopping up and diversion of a length of Footpath 251/16 that lies off Horseshoes Lane at Colville in the District of South Cambridgeshire. This is to enable development as permitted by South Cambridgeshire District Council under references 20/02593/OUT and 24/02156/REM.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/E/S247/5891). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Cambridgeshire County Council, Huntingdon Highways Depot, Stanton Way, Huntingdon, PE29 6PY.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 30 December 2024.
