On 20 December 2024 Lewisham Borough Council published a notice of proposal to make “The Lewisham (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Consolidation) (Amendment No *) Order 202*” and “The Lewisham (Charged for Parking Places) (Consolidation) (Amendment No *) Order 202*”, which proposes to convert the existing Lewisham Central Controlled Parking Zone B into two Controlled Parking Zones, namely Lewisham Central CPZ (B1) and Lewisham Central Southern CPZ (B2) and amend the existing hours of the CPZ to Mondays to Saturdays (inclusive) between 9am and 7pm for Lewisham Central CPZ (B1); and Mondays to Saturdays (inclusive) between 9am and 7pm and Sundays between 9am and 1.30pm for Lewisham Central Southern CPZ (B2). This will introduce (no waiting restrictions (double yellow line and single yellow line) and permit holders bays including resident permit holder, business permit holder, permit holder, shared use bays, charged for bays, car club, bays, loading bays, disabled bays and cycle hangar storage facilities. The provisions below are further proposed. Additionally, there was a referral to the road “Boyne Grove” in Schedule 2. The correct road name is “Boyne Road”. These proposals do not affect the proposed orders or plans and copies of these can be inspected through the lewisham.traffweb.app website or in writing to trafficorders@lewisham.gov.uk or Lewisham Transport Policy & Development, 5th Floor Laurence House, 1 Catford Road, London SE6 4RU, quoting reference ‘PTO-1065’.

Pay By Phone: (1) Lockmead Road (CPZ B1) – west side, between Cressingham Road and St Stephen’s Grove; (2) Gilmore Road (CPZ B2) – west side, opposite Nos.9-17.

Disabled On-Street Parking Places: (1) Walerand Road – outside No.5 to 35; (2) Whitburn Road – south side, outside Nos.3/5.
