Notice is hereby given that I, Bai Cham (IP No: 18052), of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD, was appointed by the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills as Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above individual under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986. Rule 10.76 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (”the Rules”) require that where a decision is sought from creditors, it is necessary to invite creditors to decide on whether a liquidation committee should be established. I intend to seek a decision from the bankrupt’s creditors as to the approval of my remuneration and will at the same time deliver to the creditors a notice inviting them to decide whether a creditors’ committee should be established if sufficient creditors are willing to be members of the committee.

My appointment was effective from 17 December 2024. All creditors are hereby invited to prove their debts by sending details to me at my address shown above by close of business on 17 January 2025.
