Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that, SG Kleinwort Hambros Trust Company (CI) Limited and SGKH Trustees (CI) Limited, the former trustees of Times 3 Capital, have transferred all of their interests in Circularity I FP LP (the “Partnership”), represented by a capital contribution of £18.31 to the new limited partners, Affinity Trust Limited and Affinity Nominees Limited, as the new trustees of Times 3 Capital, and subsequently ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership.
