This notice is given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925. Notice is hereby given that the trustee of the INVISTA Textiles (U.K.) Limited Pension Plan (the "Trustee") is intending to wind up the INVISTA Textiles (U.K.) Limited Pension Plan (the “Plan”).

The Plan relates only to benefits in respect of service before 31 January 2016. Any persons (unless they fall into one of the categories below) having a claim or interest in the Plan are required to send particulars in writing of such claim or interest, together with details of their full name, address, date of birth and the period when they were employed at INVISTA, to the Trustee of the Plan at: Quantum Advisory, St Mary’s Court, The Broadway, Amersham, HP7 0UT. This must be no later than 2 months from the date of this notice. To ensure that the Trustee receives notice of any such particulars, the Trustee recommends that particulars of any claims are sent by a guaranteed delivery method.

As soon as possible after the expiry of the two-month period referred to above, the Trustee will wind up the Plan. The Trustee will not be liable to any person of whose claim they have not had notice.

Please note that you do not need to contact the Trustee in relation to this notice if you fall into one of the following categories:

• you have already been notified of the proposal to wind up the Plan by the Trustee,

• you are already receiving a pension from the Plan,

• you have made a claim for benefits from the Plan and received a response.
