Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules").

It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. Creditors are invited to attend a virtual meeting for the purposes of considering the following:

1. That the basis of the Joint Liquidators’ fees be fixed by reference to the time properly given by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in the winding up of the Company, such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by the firm at the time when the work is performed.

The meeting will be held at 4.00 pm am on 17 January 2024.
