Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 20 March 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 27 November 2024, I, Rachel Louise Hartley London, 7 Longbeach Road, London SW11 5SS Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Rachel Sophie Louise Hartley and assumed the name of Rachel Louise Hartley London.
