1) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Islington proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and of all other powers thereunto enabling.

2) The general effect of the Orders would be to, on the southern side of North Road outside No.26;

a) Introduce a new goods vehicles loading bay (12 metres) that will operate Monday-Friday 7:30am-9:30am and 4:30pm-6:30pm and Saturdays 8am-12pm.

b) The existing shared use parking bay will continue to operate during its usual hours, Monday-Friday 9:30am-4:30pm (2-hour max stay, 1-hour no return).

3) A copy of the proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection. Copies of these documents may be obtained either by emailing environment@islington.gov.uk, by telephoning Environment on 020 7527 2000 or by sending a postal request to Environment, 1 Cottage Road, London N7 8TP. You can arrange an inspection in person by emailing environment@islington.gov.uk or calling 020 7527 2000.

4) Any person who wishes to object, or to make other representations about the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing, specifying the grounds on which they are made to Islington Environment, P O Box 2025, PERSHORE, WR10 9BU (quoting reference 8215), within the period of twenty-one days from the date on which this Notice is published.
