1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily;

2. That Martin Williamson (IP No Martin Williamson) of ipd, DaisyBank House, 17-19 Leek Road, Cheadle, Stoke-on-Trent, ST10 1JE be appointed Liquidator of the Company; and

3. That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company’s assets in specie.
